JMAMONI, a Singaporean provider of etiquette and lifestyle training and consultancy services, has been officially recognised as an “Institute” by the Singapore Ministry of Education (MOE). JMAMONI Lifestyle & Etiquette Institute has also finalised its first round of investment, allowing it to take on more staff and expand its course offering.
JMAMONI provides training and consultancy in contemporary etiquette, styling and healthy living for businesses and individuals. “Our mission has always been to help people build better relationships, both in their personal and professional lives,” explains Founder and CEO Juliana Mamoni.
JMAMONI received institute status in recognition of its role in helping people improve their soft skills and understand cultural differences. The institute offers individuals the chance to improve their CV and develop vital social skills through a range of courses and training sessions.
The finalisation of the institute’s first round of investment will allow it to offer new courses and workshops aimed at companies and governmental agencies. It has also allowed the institute to grow its team and offer extra courses and tools to help people fine-tune their personal and career skills.
The institute now offers over 100 courses, which will be available from September 2016 onwards. Courses cover the following areas: Administrative Skills (10 courses), Career Development (15 courses), Human Resources (15 courses), Personal Development (15 courses), Sales and Marketing (15 courses), Supervising and Management (15 courses), Workplace Essentials (15 courses), and Protocol and Soft Diplomacy Skills (2 courses).
Additionally, in order to fulfil the huge demand for contemporary etiquette and soft diplomacy skills, the institute will broaden its services, apart from companies and educational sector, to offer courses and training to governmental agencies such as the MOM, MFA and MOE; EU offices and dependencies worldwide; embassies; and national branding organisations.
“We strongly believe that protocol and etiquette, which consists of soft skills, are interdependent and can’t be separated. Protocol is the etiquette of diplomacy, and it’s becoming ever more essential in the global business world,” says Juliana.
Those with an interest in the institute’s services, including business seminars and workshops aimed at helping team members build the strongest business relationships possible, are encouraged to email info@jmamoni.com.
For those unable to take part in its workshops, JMAMONI Lifestyle & Etiquette Institute will soon release an e-book covering the topics taught in its regular classes.
