After an introduction to diplomacy and protocol this course aims to introduce participants to the concept of protocol and to compare it to Etiquette and Ceremonial.
Examples of the use of protocol in official and private lives will be given, protocol in multicultural societies and in high and low context societies, precedence in protocol and will end examining new trends in protocol in the 21st century.
